We are AmmaCreative, a Nordic tech platform disrupting the world of freelance recruitment. We are looking for you, a Business Developer & Marketing Lead, who wants to grow and sustain AmmaCreative’s community of freelancers and employers within the creative industries.
When a hiring exec in the creative industry wants to book a freelancer (Director of Photography, Editor, Sound Mixer etc...) it’s really difficult for them to know who’s free when.
They often have to spend hours making calls to establish availability. This makes hiring a time consuming and frustrating process. Existing marketplaces are often unreliable as they depend on freelancers updating their availability themselves, which they often don’t if they are in demand and at the top of their game.What's our solution?
The AmmaCreative platform provides employers with a real time overview of their top freelancer availability. Creatives connect their regular work calendar to our unique booking platform, automating the process of showing availability. This lets employers find, and book Creatives in seconds, rather than hours.
We are not another marketplace. We are creating the tools that are streamlining the production process for both Creatives and employers.
Since our inception two years ago, large production houses such as Fremantle, ITV and Warner Bros have incorporated AmmaCreative into their booking process, and we are now launching AmmaCreative internationally.Why are we doing this?

You will lead the charge in growing and nurturing our community of top freelancers and employers in the creative industries in the UK.
You are responsible for recruiting new users to grow the platform, assisting with the onboarding process and ensuring that our users get the most out of the platform.
You will immerse yourself in our community of freelancers and employers and use your understanding of their pain points, needs and interests to create and execute imaginative and impactful marketing campaigns, content plans and events to support the roll out of the AmmaCreative platform.
You’re as comfortable picking up the phone to speak to potential clients as you are writing copy and coming up with new ideas that support our growing community of users.
As an early hire, you will have a key role to play with a lot of responsibility and the opportunity to influence company strategy as we scale.
We’re a creative team consisting of a CEO with extensive experience in the media industry, producing films, advertisements and TV-shows, a fullstack developer/CTO and part time designers and UX-writers.
You will report directly to the CEO, who is based in Norway.Our values and how we work
